In this relaxing 3-hour workshop, each guest will create their own timeless floral herbarium using carefully preserved botanicals suspended inside an elegant glass vessel filled with crystal-clear mineral oil. This mindful creative experience combines nature, design, and sustainability to create a beautiful botanical keepsake that will forever remind you of this special celebration.

What You'll Learn

During your mobile workshop, Helena will guide you through how to select and prepare preserved botanicals, techniques for arranging florals inside a glass vessel, design principles including balance, colour placement, and composition, how to safely fill and preserve your arrangement using clear mineral oil, and professional tips for creating a long-lasting floral herbarium.

By the end of the session, each guest will have created their own handcrafted floral herbarium to take home — a beautiful keepsake from a day celebrating friendship, love, and the bride-to-be.

What's Included

A curated selection of hand-dried flowers and botanicals from Helena Rose's floral archive is provided, along with elegant glass vessels, crystal-clear mineral oil, and all tools and materials required throughout the workshop.

You’ll receive full step-by-step guidance, creative support, and personalised styling advice from Helena Rose throughout the session.

Your completed floral herbarium is yours to take home, and a full mobile workshop setup is brought directly to your chosen location.

Please note: as Helena Rose proudly repurposes and upcycles glass vessels wherever possible, bottles may vary between workshops, making every floral herbarium beautifully unique.

Booking Requirements & Pricing

Pricing is listed per person, with a minimum of 4 participants required for this workshop.

All bookings are private hens party and bridal shower sessions with no mixed groups.

Maximum group size is 30 participants, with larger groups available by arrangement.

Private one-on-one workshops can be arranged; however, these are priced separately due to dedicated instruction time, setup, preparation, and travel requirements. Please contact Helena Rose directly for all private 1:1 enquiries and pricing details

Mobile Workshop Locations

Helena Rose travels to your chosen location, including private homes, Airbnb accommodations, hotels, wineries, holiday stays, bridal venues, event spaces, and celebration locations.

All workshops are fully mobile and delivered on-site only.

For Brisbane & surrounding areas, no travel fee applies.

Availability is 7 days a week with session times at:

10AM, 2PM, or 6PM

Alternative times are available upon request.

Booking & Rescheduling Policy

No cancellations are permitted.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the booking date, with credit transferred and valid for 6 months toward any Helena Rose workshop, product, or service.

One reschedule per booking is permitted.
